This contains our terms and conditions of hire, below this is general rules, this to ensure you are safe and enjoy your hire.

It is important you read the following - a copy will also be issued on the hire day along with a safety instruction sheet.

The person, company or organisation hiring the equipment will be liable for all repair or replacement costs as a result of misuse or abuse to the unit while on hire.

Units provided with shower covers will also help protect from the sun, the cover will only hold off a light shower of rain and a dry towel or cloth may still be required to dry the step and any other wet area.

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring please call 07718 268277 immediately. Any complaint after the hire period will not be validated.

Strictly under no circumstances must any inflatable equipment be removed from the position secured by Tiger Tamers Bouncy Castle Hire .

Please ensure there is sufficient access for the equipment you have hired and if there are any special or difficult access please notify us. Please also ensure that the area to be used is free of garden furniture, toys, litter and animal foul before delivery.

Please make sure that when we arrive for collection the unit is clean, under no circumstances should party poppers, silly string, food or drinks be used or consumed on the equipment. If we arrive to collect the equipment and is dirty beyond a reasonable state we will add a cleaning surcharge.

We cannot be held responsible should the equipment booked will not fit on arrival, the full hire charge will still be required as all measurements displayed on our website are correct and advice can be given about size. Please take into account any low hanging trees or sharp bushes and ceiling heights for indoor hires.

We cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions and refunds will not be given. Should we have any concerns for wet weather we will call the evening before to give you (the hirer )the option.

We will require a normal house hold socket for power and will provide an RCD unit for protection, we supply power leads up to 50 metres and the blower unit to power the castle. Should there be no electricity supply you can hire a generator at an additional charge.

While we are covered by our own personal liability insurance to hire, if you subsequently charge a fee for the public to use the equipment - you will need your own liability insurance.

Terms, conditions & safety instructions of hire.

It is the responsibility of the customer (hirer) to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed

1. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

2. This unit has an age limit. Please ensure no-one outside this age limit uses the equipment.

3. No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking & mess).

4. All shoes, badges, jewellery, (i.e. large earrings, necklaces, bracelets etc.) MUST be removed. It is recommended that glasses are also removed.

5. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string must be used near or on the inflatable, as they may permanently stain the inflatable.

6. No smoking on or near the inflatable.

7. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

8. Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it. This information is on the side or step of the inflatable

9. Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time to avoid injury. Some children require strict supervision.

10. If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains - this will reduce your electric bill.

11. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.

12. Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.

13. Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.

14. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness can be dried with a towel. A small picnic table placed over the blower, will help prevent rain-water being sucked into the blower, and then into the inflatable.‚Äč

15. Please ensure the unit is switched off if the gusts or general wind speed exceeds 19-24 MPH (Force 5 on the Beaufort Scale) i.e. when small trees (in leaf) begin to sway.

16. Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
