How much notice is required for a booking?
You may book online at your convenience. Midnight 2 days before the required date is the cut off point for online booking. You may also call before the day to check availability and book. Please be aware during peak season we are very busy so as much notice as possible is helpful and this will help to avoid any disappointment of the equipment already being booked.
What does the price include?
The price includes free delivery within 10 miles of Sawtry, Cambridgeshire, set up and inflation of the equipment and collection. We supply the blower unit, shower proof extension leads with an RCD protection unit and safety mats.
Do you stay with the equipment?
No we do not stay with the majority of the equipment (with the exception of the Rodeo Bull), once you are happy with the set up and the paperwork has been completed we go and then return to collect after your event. We may stay to supervise the equipment if prior arrangement has been made, an additional charge will be incurred per member of staff required.
How long will I have the bouncy castle for?
We aim to deliver all equipment by 11 am and start collections at 6pm. We can accommodate longer hires at an extra charge, you may also hire overnight for an additional charge.
How do I pay?
Our preferred method of payment is cash on delivery, we do not accept cheques . We also take credit or debit cards.
Is a deposit required?
No, we do not require deposits. On some occasions we may ask for a deposit which will be refunded when we return to collect the inflatable. The return of the deposit is dependant on any damage to the inflatable.
May I cancel?
You may cancel but please give as much notice as possible. If you cancel on delivery we will require a cancellation fee, usually this will be the full hire price.
Has the bouncy castle got a cover?
If the inflatable has a shower/sun cover this information will be in the description of the inflatable. Bouncy castles with a cover will hold off light showers. Ask at the point of hiring if the inflatable your require comes with a cover.
What happens if it rains?
If we have concerns for the weather we will call either the morning of the hire or the evening before to see if you still want the inflatable. If you decide on delivery you do not want the inflatable we will have to charge to cover our travelling cost. We cannot accept any responsibility for weather conditions once we have delivered and set up and no refunds will be given.
How long will you take to set up and collect.
This usually takes 15 minutes but this can vary if you are booking our fun run or adult castle this will be a little bit longer and also if you have hired more than one unit.
Do you hire to indoor venues?
Yes we do, please contact us and the planned venue to ensure it has sufficient space and ceiling height.
Do I need to supply anything?
All we need you to supply is the electricity. We require a normal 240 volt household socket, the closer to the equipment the better. We can supply a generator at an extra cost where no power is available.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes we do have public liability insurance and are happy to provide a copy on request.
Do you provide safety instructions?
Yes, we provide a safety sheet along with our terms and conditions.
Are there any age limits for your equipment?
Yes, the age limits are displayed in the description of the equipment on this website and also on the side or step of the equipment for you to see whilst it is on hire.
